I’m Sanskruti, a student building practical foundations in backend engineering, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and security through experiments—not just tutorials.
current_focus.md// what I am working toward
focus: distributed systems
building: reliable services
measuring: failure behavior
next: Go + service boundaries
progress 01 / 48 weeks
I’m documenting the process of becoming a stronger systems engineer: understanding what happens underneath an API, testing what breaks, and explaining the trade-offs clearly.
My current 48-week study roadmap moves from Linux and networking through databases, Go services, replication, Kafka, Kubernetes, observability, and cloud security. The goal is to turn each phase into a small, verifiable project with tests, measurements, diagrams, and honest limitations.

A growing lab of Linux process, filesystem, and networking experiments. Each entry records what I tried, what I observed, and what I learned.
